TPMaaS gives you access to senior-level Technical Program Management without hiring full-time. We help you plan, prioritize, and deliver across multiple engineering teams — handling everything from quarterly planning and release coordination to delivery health metrics and risk management. It’s hands-on leadership, embedded when and where you need it.
You choose a tier (LiteFrame, CoreFrame, or NerdFrame) based on your org’s size and complexity. Each tier includes a set number of hours per month. We embed into your team(s), participate in your existing rituals, and provide async updates.
That’s exactly what TPMaaS is for. We offer flexible month-to-month engagements. Start with a 1–3 month support window (e.g., to fix planning or run a key initiative), and extend into long-term embedded support, as needed.

Time spent actively working on your behalf counts against your retainer. That includes onsite visits, meetings, planning sessions, strategy work, research, documentation, implementation, and communications.
Before we start any major task, we estimate the time required so you know what to expect upfront—no surprises. Like any good TPM, we aim to stay within budget and deliver value every step of the way. The goal is to help you get the most impact from your retainer, not burn through it.
We typically start within one week of activating your subscription. Once you're subscribed, we schedule a kickoff, align on goals, and dive into scoping the first set of priorities. You’ll get clear time estimates for each initiative so you always know how your retainer is being used.

You can pause or cancel your package at any time with 14 days’ notice. There are no long-term contracts. We’ll wrap up active work and leave behind clear handoffs and documentation so your team doesn’t miss a beat.
